What the fee depends on
- Area and number of rooms
- Scope: plan only, full project, or project with supervision
- Type of property: apartment, house, public space
- Existing condition: new-build, resale, historic building with constraints
- Depth of detail: number of visualisations, drawing detail, extent of selection
